You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, administer dialysis treatments, monitor patients’ progress, and deliver human-centered support that makes a real difference every day. **Your responsibilities will include, among others:** * **Lead comprehensive patient assessment:** design personalized strategies to optimize vascular access, monitor key parameters, and anticipate needs—ensuring excellence in care. * **Monitor dialysis sessions**: prepare monitors and materials, and precisely execute pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis procedures.
