Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Technician to manage national and international recruitment, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in onboarding and follow-up of new employees At Grupo Cappuccino, we are undergoing significant growth and expansion, and therefore require a Senior Recruitment Technician for our central offices in Palma de Mallorca. **Job Description** The candidate will be responsible for national and international recruitment and selection activities, primarily performing the following duties: * Contacting recruitment agencies, universities, business schools, and other candidate sourcing channels. * Conducting direct search and other alternative recruitment methods. * Drafting and publishing job postings on various portals. * Screening resumes. * Conducting telephone, remote, face-to-face, and group dynamic interviews. * Administering personnel selection tests and techniques. * Presenting final candidate shortlists, including selection reports and preparation for group onboarding. * Conducting onboarding and follow-up for newly hired staff. * Collaborating with the Human Resources Administration department. We seek a rigorous individual accustomed to decision-making in talent acquisition, dynamic, and possessing strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be experienced in interacting with diverse stakeholders and have experience recruiting various profiles within the hospitality sector. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in national and international recruitment and expansion within the hospitality industry is mandatory. * Proficiency in IT tools and internet usage. * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree / Higher Education degree. * Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; additional languages are valued. * Willingness to travel when required.
