Support in drafting projects and civil construction site management. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Senior Architects – Technical Assistance for Housing (Balearic Islands – Mallorca) in Mallorca. **Work Location** -------------------- * Mallorca (Balearic Islands), with occasional travel across Mallorca and other islands. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support in academic leadership and civil engineering project development. * Support in supervision and execution of civil engineering projects, with special emphasis on quality, occupational risk prevention, safety and health, construction procedures and technology, and construction material manufacturing. * Support in drafting projects and civil construction site management, as well as related activities. * Support in all tasks of the Technical Unit related to new construction, including supervision and accompaniment of files to ensure compliance with current regulations and IBAVI requirements regarding sustainability, procurement, economic control, etc. * Support in all tasks of the Technical Unit related to maintenance and refurbishment of the real estate portfolio managed by IBAVI. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
