Our team is a key part of Keysight’s central research and development organization, Keysight Laboratories. This team delivers software connectivity infrastructure to be used by other Keysight development teams around the globe. You will help research, create, validate, and implement connectivity infrastructure IP involving industry\-leading technology in a highly collaborative development environment. Responsibilities include:* Working closely with product architects to understand connectivity and security software requirements. * Evaluating updates in the broader marketplace that impact connectivity and security technologies. * Designing new software features to extend existing software capabilities to cover the needs of the next generation products, key markets, and applications. * Troubleshooting issues in software code and in its use in broader solutions to find and fix root cause. * Implementing architecture and design in code, using best practices in code quality and tooling. * Driving the broader software development, testing and production processes. * Collaborating with team members on an ongoing basis to maximize team\-level productivity. * Communicating with team members, internal adopters, and other stakeholders to ensure effective information flow. Qualifications: * University degree in Computer Science or closely related field (Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity). * Experience with modern software architecture principles and paradigms with strong object\-oriented programming and design expertise in a language such as Modern C\+\+ or golang. * A stellar 8\-10 year track record of architecting game\-changing, enterprise\-grade distributed software solutions that push the boundaries of connectivity and security innovation. Desired Qualifications:* Highly capable to quickly develop, debug and troubleshoot issues in distributed solutions using state of the art debuggers, profilers and simulators. * Software development experience in cross\-platform environments in Windows, Linux and Embedded Linux, including containerized deployments. * Skilled in all aspects of software development and testing, including DevOps and CI/CD. * Exceptional communication prowess: the ability to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity, engage diverse teams, and translate innovative ideas into compelling narratives. * A passionate innovator who thrives on transforming complex challenges into elegant solutions, with an collaborative spirit that energizes and inspires team success. * Familiarity with Electronic Test and Measurement applications and instrument architectures is a plus.
