The Challenge At 011h, we are looking for a **Cost Manager** to join our team and help industrialize buildings and their construction solutions—ensuring they meet cost, feasibility, and standardization targets by integrating economic analysis from the design phase through on-site implementation. **What We’re Looking For** * Preparing project budgets and economic estimates. * Analyzing projects to propose cost improvements. * Managing project-related information and economic data using BIM models and proprietary digital tools. * Managing databases of bill-of-quantity items and detailed breakdowns. * Requesting quotations from industrial suppliers. * Client interaction. **Requirements** * Experience as a Cost Manager or in economic studies (budgeting and quantity surveying in architectural offices or construction firms). * Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Public Works, or Civil Engineering. * Advanced proficiency in Presto or similar software. * Knowledge of BIM projects. * Familiarity with a “functionality-and-cost” approach. * Advanced knowledge of residential, office, and hotel building projects. * Clear commitment to focusing one’s career on industrialization, sustainability, etc. * English at negotiation level. **Bonus** * Knowledge of VPO (Protected Housing), BTS (Build-to-Sell), and BTR (Build-to-Rent). * Experience in sustainable construction (passive design, energy efficiency, health, etc.). * Experience in industrialized timber construction. * On-site construction experience. **Benefits** * Real impact: be part of a company transforming construction into a sustainable and planet-positive model. * Professional growth: individual development plan with continuous learning and training opportunities. * Great atmosphere and collaboration: multidisciplinary, diverse team with a supportive and close-knit culture. * Well-being and work-life balance: we value the balance between your personal and professional life, so we offer two remote working days per week. * Sustainable offices: pleasant spaces designed for collaboration and environmental respect. * 30 working days of vacation per year to enjoy your personal time.
