Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute your work, ideas, and personality to the success of our service area? **What Will You Do in This Role?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and allocating assembly-related tasks for our products, managing a team of technical staff. This is a dynamic position requiring a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with clients and engineering firms. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assembly technicians team under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers * Direction, analysis, monitoring of site progress and assembly results, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and supporting collection management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to clients or after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- Do you have a structured approach to work and familiarity with the digital world, enabling you to independently organize your daily tasks?
