About the position ***Your mission*** As a **Product Executive**, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining relationships with hotel suppliers, ensuring product competitiveness, and collaborating across departments to maximize the profitability of your assigned portfolio. ***What will you do on a day-to-day basis?*** * Portfolio management as a destination expert: * Ongoing interaction with hoteliers and contracting teams to optimize contracts. * Dynamic contracting mapping in Channel Managers. * Review and activation of preferential contracts. * Optimization of access rights and restrictions. * Execution of **test bookings** to ensure operational functionality. * Cross-departmental coordination to achieve product objectives: + Collaboration with **Sales, Pricing, Booking, and Loading** teams. * Support for destination-based contracting teams: + Review of availability and resolution of incidents. + Management of **lost bookings with third parties**. + Conducting **benchmarking and comparative analysis**. + Monitoring **sales trends** and analyzing product exposure. * Proactive leadership in reviewing the assigned product: + Monitoring of availability, quotas, and releases. + Verification of supplier agreement compliance. + Review of content quality across various sales channels. **Requirements:** --------------- ***What do we need from you?*** **Mandatory** * Knowledge of the Portuguese market. * **Fluent Portuguese language skills.** * Experience with static and dynamic hotel contracting models. * Knowledge of the distribution segment and bedbank operations. * Negotiation and commercial relationship management skills. * Proficiency in hotel management systems and office tools. * Effective communication and leadership capabilities within collaborative environments. * Knowledge of dynamic hotel contracting and its management via extranets. * Experience with Channel Manager mapping. * Familiarity with intermediary contracting processes for online channels and dynamic packages. **Desirable** * Additional experience in product comparative analysis and benchmarking. * Advanced knowledge of destination-specific sales behavior. * Prior experience working cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams. ***What do we offer?*** Being a **W2M·People** member comes with benefits — because our team’s well-being is our top priority.
