At Estel Ingeniería y Obras, we specialize in comprehensive installations for high-end hotel, residential, and landmark building projects—both nationally and internationally. We are seeking to hire a Mechanical Installations Site Manager for our projects in Mallorca. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works in hotel, luxury residential, and iconic building projects. * Organize and assign tasks to the on-site work team. * Monitor work execution to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety standards. * Interpret drawings and technical documentation for accurate installation execution. * Supervise the assembly and installation of cold water, hot sanitary water, drainage, HVAC, and heating systems. * Coordinate the installation of pressure-boosting units, pumping equipment, water treatment systems, and plant rooms. * Coordinate works with other disciplines (electrical, telecommunications, fire protection, and HVAC) to ensure proper integration of installations. * Supervise material receipt, monitor productivity, and verify finish quality. * Manage technical issues arising during construction, providing effective solutions. * Coordinate communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and other on-site teams. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale mechanical installations. * Prior experience as Site Manager, Team Leader, or Project Manager for mechanical installations. * Experience in hotel, luxury residential, or highly technically complex building projects. * Solid knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, heating, drainage, geothermal systems, and plant rooms. * Valid 20-hour Occupational Health and Safety Training Course for the Plumbing and HVAC sector. * Technical specialization in Mechanical Installations will be valued.
