Responsibilities: * Monitor that all refrigerated products are in good condition, using the least number of containers and separating newly received items for later use. * Verify that appropriate temperatures are maintained in refrigerators and cold rooms. * Comply with safety, cleanliness, and hygiene regulations in all aspects, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order are maintained in storage chambers, cold rooms, refrigerators, etc. * Assist in placing orders for kitchen raw materials. * Control food expenses. * Monitor adherence to HACCP (quality and control) procedures; keep HACCP records up to date. * Attend to customers during service times and supervise that services are carried out correctly. * Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Degree in Cooking. * Previous experience in the position, minimum of 2 years. * English language proficiency at intermediate level. * Strong customer orientation, creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and proactivity.
