At **INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Bosque**, we are looking to hire a **Night Auditor** to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience during the night shift. ### **Mission:** * Guest service and assistance during the night shift. * Perform check-in and check-out procedures. * Manage reservations, incidents, and special requests. * Supervise hotel security and proper operational functioning. * Conduct cash reconciliation and nightly audit (Night Audit). * Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Prepare daily reports. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Previous experience in hotel front office, preferably during the night shift. * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * Advanced level of English (additional languages are valued). * Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera or similar). * Responsible, solution-oriented individual capable of working independently. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. **At Meliá, everyone is VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion* ***equal opportunities*** *for* ***women and men*** *in the workplace, supported by leadership commitment and aligned with our Human Resources policies.
