**Job Description** * We are seeking a Distributed Systems Operator with experience in Unix/Linux and mixed environments (Windows/Unix) to join a 24x7 operations service. The selected candidate will participate in monitoring, operating, and supporting critical infrastructures, ensuring service continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring of systems, applications, and infrastructures in distributed environments. * Management, diagnosis, and resolution of Level 1 incidents. * Execution and tracking of batch processes and scheduled jobs. * Alert management using monitoring tools. * Basic support for Unix/Linux and Windows systems. * Management of users, services, and system resources. * Escalation of incidents to higher support levels (N2/N3\). * Execution of operational procedures and documentation of interventions. **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in distributed systems operations. * Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems (Red Hat, AIX, Solaris, or others). * Proficiency with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SCOM, etc.). * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, SSH). * Experience with schedulers (Control\-M, Autosys, or similar). * Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts. * **On-site in A Coruña** **Desirable** * Scripting knowledge (Bash, Shell, basic Python). * Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira). * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V). * A Coruña, Spain * Permanent contract * \> 2 years of experience * 0 * 0 ()
