Currently, we are seeking to hire a **Point of Sale Manager (POS Manager)** to visit **supermarkets** in the **MALLORCA and surrounding area.** This is an exciting **TEMPORARY project**, focused on managing a leading client in its sector, ensuring its visibility and performance at retail points of sale. ### **What will you do in this role?** As our POS Manager, your **main responsibilities** will be: * Visiting assigned clients and efficiently managing and completing your route. * Collecting valuable market information to identify trends and opportunities. * Resolving incidents promptly: from stockouts and missing products on shelf, to issues with signage, promotional displays, or poor implementation of national campaigns. * Optimizing linear space to ensure optimal product exposure. * Identifying and proposing improvements at each point of sale. * Negotiating and expanding product assortment to maximize brand presence. ### **Are you the person we are looking for?** You will be our ideal candidate if you have: * Proven prior experience as a Point of Sale Manager. * Solid experience in commercial negotiation. * Experience as a sales representative in the food retail channel. * A valid driver's license. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Dynamism and strong organizational ability. * Availability to start in mid-June. ### **What do we offer you?** If you join our team, you will enjoy: * A full-time TEMPORARY contract. * Compensation consisting of a fixed salary \+ variable bonus, plus a company car and allowances. * The opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, working with market-leading brands.
