The selected candidate, reporting to the Head Chef, will primarily be responsible for the following duties: * Carry out basic preparations and other culinary tasks assigned. * Prepare dishes following departmental procedures. * Hygienize, disinfect, and prepare food. * Perform cleaning tasks for visible machinery and facilities, using the designated products. * Store and handle correctly all kitchen materials, foodstuffs, and chemical products. * Be familiar with hygiene and health regulations applicable to the department and related procedures.
