




**Description:** ---------------- At Globalia Handling, a company committed to equal opportunities, we need to hire an Industrial or Mechanical Engineer at our central offices in Mallorca, to become part of our human capital composed of more than 6,000 employees. With over 20 years of experience as a Handling services provider, Globalia is a leading player in the airport sector, operating in 12 national airports where we provide ground handling services to the world's major airlines, and 8 air cargo terminals. Reporting to the Logistics and Safety Department Management, based at our central offices in Llucmajor, Mallorca, the selected candidate will be responsible for fleet maintenance management, carrying out the following responsibilities: * Be responsible for maintenance procedures and equipment management: analyze, develop and implement modifications, ensure proper updates, and guarantee compliance. * Review and analyze current work processes to validate them, identify improvement areas, and propose and drive corrective actions aligned with strategic objectives. * Design and prepare periodic control reports showing significant data (KPIs) to support decision-making for resource optimization. * Prepare the maintenance budget, monitor its execution, and notify Management of any significant deviations. * Identify, propose, approve, and implement new equipment improvements to increase safety levels, meeting and even exceeding industry safety standards. * Prepare, participate in, and assist with inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with maintenance and fleet safety procedures and standards. * Ensure and maintain fleet records and all maintenance-related documentation, including keeping all equipment manuals updated and centralized. * Monitor both internal and external audits and resolve observations and non-conformities. * Maintain direct contact with all workshops at national terminals: track maintenance activities, assign priorities according to operational needs, monitor unavailable equipment, collect fleet parameters, etc. **What Globalia Handling offers you:** * Indefinite contract from day one. * Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. * Hybrid work model through our "Flexiwork" program after completing your adaptation period. * Excellent learning opportunity for your professional development alongside the corporate Logistics and Safety team. * Joining one of the top Handling companies, within a highly competent team, where you will have the chance to take on many professional challenges. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. * Possession of a qualifying title to sign technical reports and projects and/or professional registration. * At least five (5) years of experience in roles similar to those described in this job offer. * Good command of English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Availability to travel. **Valued skills:** * Experience in the Handling services sector. * Proactive, responsible profile with strong ability to manage, analyze, and creatively propose continuous improvement alternatives. * Previous experience with software or digital tools for machinery or vehicle fleet maintenance.
