Your main responsibilities will include: * **Data collection for new projects:** You will actively participate in gathering and analyzing essential technical information for planning and designing new installations. * **Construction management and monitoring:** You will closely supervise construction progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and established quality standards. Your experience in construction management will be fundamental. * **Health and safety inspections:** Your expertise in safety will be crucial to guarantee that all work complies with the strictest regulations, safeguarding the well-being of everyone involved. * **Planning and management:** You will collaborate in daily meetings for strategic planning and efficient resource management, optimizing every project phase. * **Stakeholder coordination:** You will interact with and build strong relationships with the Distribution Company, contractors, and official bodies, facilitating smooth workflows and timely completion of required procedures. * **Review and project close-out:** You will conduct review visits and final inspections upon project completion, ensuring installation quality and compliance. * **Support to other departments:** You will provide technical support to other teams, confirming on-site the existence and correct location of key elements necessary for their functions. **What We Are Looking For in You?** ------------------------ * **Education:** University degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, complemented by a Professional Master’s Degree (or equivalent). A solid academic background is essential. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years of demonstrable professional experience** in the renewable energy sector or related fields. We seek professionals with proven expertise and field knowledge. * **Specific Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety. Holding a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and/or the 200-hour PRL course will be considered a strong asset. * **Skills:** Ability to manage construction projects, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
