You will receive an indefinite-term contract and full-time working hours, along with compensation commensurate with the responsibilities of the role. **What will your responsibilities be?** As part of the Export Department’s Back Office team, you will carry out the following functions: * Full export order management: from order entry through final delivery to the customer. * Coordination with production, logistics, and the commercial team to ensure timely delivery and service quality. * Direct contact with international customers (order tracking, issue resolution, complaints handling). * Preparation and review of export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.). * Organization and booking of international freight shipments. * Management and maintenance of information in systems (ERP, CRM). * Resolution of operational issues and proposal of process improvements. * Coordination across different departments and smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. **What will make you succeed in this role?** * You must hold a degree in International Trade, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field. * A high level of spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency in a second language—preferably French or Italian—is highly valued. * Minimum of 2\-3 years’ experience in similar back-office roles within export departments or international operations is mandatory. Solid knowledge of international shipment management and Incoterms is required. * Experience with ERP, CRM systems, and office productivity tools is required. * And most importantly, YOU: a person with strong communication and teamwork skills, outstanding proactivity, organizational ability, autonomy, problem-solving capability, and customer orientation. **Do you identify with this position?
