JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **Machinist (Third-Level Skilled Worker) to assist the CNC Milling Operator**, with experience in **aluminum and steel machining.** The ideal candidate will be a responsible, precise, and quality-oriented individual capable of interpreting technical drawings and optimizing machining processes for small-to-medium production runs. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and program **CNC milling machines (Fagor and Heidenhain)** for machining aluminum and steel parts. * **Interpret technical drawings and associated production documentation.** * Adjust cutting parameters, tools, and feed rates to achieve **efficient and precise production.** * Perform **modifications and adjustments to CNC programs** according to manufacturing requirements. * Verify part quality using **measuring instruments** (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.). * **Identify and resolve technical issues** arising during the machining process. * Carry out **basic preventive maintenance** on machines and tools. * Ensure compliance with the company’s established **safety, quality, and productivity standards.** ### **What We Offer** * **Initial temporary contract (6 months via an ETT)** with potential for **permanent employment** upon successful completion of this period. * **Annual gross salary: €24,000.** * **Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday**, with **rotating morning and afternoon shifts.** * **Continuous training** in CNC machining technologies and genuine opportunities for professional advancement. * Stable, modern work environment equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** * Vocational Training (FP) or Vocational Education Cycle in **Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields.** **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in aluminum and steel machining. * Proficiency in using precision measuring tools. * Ability to **read and interpret geometric tolerances and technical drawings.** * Methodical individual with **quality orientation** and attention to detail. * **Proactivity**, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills.
