Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead logistics operations, ensuring service, cost, and quality excellence while driving continuous improvement in a cross-functional work environment. What Are We Looking For? We seek a **Shift Supervisor**, within the Logistics Department, to lead **warehousing, transportation, and distribution** operations, ensuring the optimal balance among **service, cost, and quality**. You will serve as the key contact person for the logistics team and collaborate cross-functionally with **Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service**, driving continuous improvement of processes, systems, and KPIs. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end **logistics plan** (inventory management, order picking, dispatch, and OTIF). * Manage **warehouse and transportation teams**, ensuring safety, organization, and quality. * Optimize both **in-house and agency-based transportation** (routes, costs, incident handling). * Collaborate with relevant teams to drive improvements using **ERP / WMS / TMS / BI** tools. * Ensure compliance with **occupational health and safety (PRL), quality standards, and operational procedures**. * Support **cost control and productivity monitoring**. * Promote continuous improvement internally within the team. What We Seek in You * **3–5 years** of experience leading logistics operations and teams. * Education in **Logistics / Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering**. * Familiarity with **ERP, WMS, TMS**, and KPI analysis. * Leadership skills, results orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement. * 85% operational execution + 15% strategic work supporting projects.
