The ideal candidate will perform key functions in both project planning and technical office management, ensuring proper execution and information flow within our industrial and construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools such as **PRIMAVERA** and **MS PROJECT**. * Manage and supervise contractor information, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and contractual requirements. * Carry out necessary administrative and documentation procedures for proper project management. * Organize and keep all technical and administrative project documentation up to date, guaranteeing accessibility and version control. * Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and other departments for coordination and issue resolution. * Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and clients. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, especially the 60-hour Construction PRL course and the AEQT course. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of planning and project management processes. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in planning and/or technical office roles. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in planning software such as **PRIMAVERA** (preferably P6\) and **MS PROJECT**. * Solid experience managing projects in industrial and construction environments. * Familiarity with project management methodologies. * **Education:** * Completion of the 60-hour Construction PRL course is mandatory. * Possession of the AEQT course is considered a plus. * University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * **Competencies:** * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proactivity, autonomy, and accountability. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. * Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written). **We Offer:** * Joining a stable and growing company. * Opportunity to participate in challenging, large-scale projects. * Dynamic and professional work environment. * Professional development and continuous training. **Are You the Ideal Candidate?** If you meet the requirements and are passionate about planning and project management in the industrial and construction sectors, we invite you to become part of Eosol Group.
