IT TECHNICIAN

Description

We are looking for an IT Technician with experience to join the Systems team at our center. The selected candidate will support the Systems Department in daily maintenance tasks, incident resolution, and user support. Providing technical support to users both in person and remotely. Resolving hardware and software incidents. Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment. Managing user accounts and permissions. Supporting network and communications management. Tracking and recording incidents using corporate tools. Collaborating with the Systems team on infrastructure technology improvement and upgrade projects. Performing preventive maintenance on computer equipment and devices. * Minimum 1 year of experience. At least 1 year of experience as an IT technician or in a similar role. Vocational training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Computer Science, Microcomputer Systems and Networks, or related fields. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, office applications, and user support. Catalan spoken and written (advanced level). Ability to work in a team, service orientation, and proactive attitude. * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Permanent employment contract. Full-time position.
