




We are seeking a nurse for the night shift at our Amavir Horta residence. Main responsibilities include, among others: Conducting a comprehensive resident assessment upon admission and keeping updated the sections related to health aspects of the clinical record, as well as maintaining accurate records of clinical progress or episodes. Performing scheduled nursing care according to healthcare protocols, patient safety measures, and instructions from physicians and/or the Nursing Manager and/or Nursing Coordination. Administering, loading, recording, and reviewing the prescribed pharmacological treatment for each resident. Updating the Individualized Care Plan (HAI) / Auxiliary Staff Sheet whenever there is a change in the resident's condition and training auxiliary staff on its contents. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time * Monthly gross salary ranging from '1600' to '1900'
