In Barberà del Vallès, we are seeking an electromechanical technician for the packaging sector. You will join the technical service team, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of packaging machinery worldwide. You will participate in equipment assembly at the plant and conduct internal testing before shipment. Subsequently, you will travel to international customers' facilities for commissioning and initial production setup. You will also handle preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing faults and performing primarily mechanical repairs both nationally and internationally. The position requires frequent travel availability, as interventions take place across multiple countries. During the first year, you will receive intensive training working at the plant and accompanying senior technicians on site visits, enabling you to acquire in-depth knowledge of machines and processes. You will collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and ensure customer satisfaction. You must document all interventions and report incidents or improvements. This is a dynamic role combining workshop and field technical work, with extensive international exposure. Problem-solving ability independently and commitment to quality are highly valued. Own vehicle required. Mechanical training, preferably Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) or equivalent. English level B2 or higher (mandatory). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is valued but not mandatory due to the initial training program. Availability for national and international travel. Teamwork and technical problem-solving skills.
