We seek a talented and analytical **Data Engineer** to join our SaaS Platform organization and become the key piece in evolving *Cross Platform Analytics* capabilities. Your mission will be to design, integrate, and process operational and customer-interaction data to enable scalable analytics capabilities, advanced reporting, and impactful global artificial intelligence (AI). ### **Your Mission (Your Challenges and Responsibilities)** * + **Architecture and Pipelines:** Design, build, and maintain highly scalable data pipelines for operational and customer-interaction data. + **Ecosystem Integration:** Connect and unify critical data sources such as *Genesys Cloud*, *Microsoft Dynamics 365*, *Core Banking* platforms, *Customer Experience (CX)* surveys, and both local and global data origins. + **Optimization and Modeling:** Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes, batch and real-time ingestion flows, and structured analytical data models. + **Governance and Performance:** Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, and observability under governance regulations, optimizing storage across *Data Lake* and *Data Warehouse* infrastructures. + **Technical Synergy:** Collaborate closely with functional teams from Insights, BI developers, Product Managers, and technical leaders to support business use cases (operational KPIs, voice/text analytics, and Copilot capabilities). ### **Your Arsenal (What We’re Looking for in You)** * **Mandatory (Required Qualifications):** * + **Minimum Experience:** At least 4 years of proven experience in Data Engineering and pipeline implementation. + **Technical Proficiency:** Solid expertise in Advanced SQL, analytical data modeling, and query optimization. + **Data Structures:** Practical experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, REST API integrations, and both batch and real-time processing. + **Cloud Stack:** Hands-on experience with cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and distributed analytics environments. + **Governance:** Understanding of data quality control, lineage, and observability concepts. + **Methodologies and Tools:** Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and using collaboration tools such as Jira, GitHub, and Confluence. + **Languages:** C1 level English\. * **Highly Valued (Preferred Qualifications):** * + Prior experience in *Contact Center* analytics, omnichannel solutions, or *Customer 360* platforms. + Familiarity with messaging or streaming tools such as *Kafka / Event Bus* and event-driven architectures. + Experience with ecosystem technologies like *Athena*, *Redshift*, *Snowflake*, *Synapse*, or *Dataverse*. + Passion for learning, sharing ideas, and growing alongside the team in global SaaS environments. * **How We’ll Measure Your Impact:** * + Monthly achievement of efficiency and stability objectives for assigned data projects. + Effective alignment and execution of designed architectures against the strategic roadmap of the Assisted Channels platform. ### **Benefits** What do we offer you? * **Compensation:** Competitive fixed salary aligned with your market experience. * **Work Mode:** 100% remote work from Spain, respecting a genuine balance between professional and personal life. * **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week (with a reduced schedule of 38 hours per week during August). * **Initium Culture:** An environment built on autonomy, collaboration, initiative, and dynamism—where monotony has no place. * **Growth:** Ongoing mentoring, access to cutting-edge technologies, and a high-performing team that inspires you to surpass yourself daily.
