Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Technician with 2 years of experience in procurement to support the distribution of installation materials, managing items, pricing, and stock control. Key Points: 1. Experience in procurement administration (approx. 2 years) 2. Item registration and pricing management 3. Support to marketing and sales departments At **MAGSERVEIS**, we are a brand dedicated to distributing materials for professional installers. Currently, our group comprises Suarep i Lladó, SA, Sanitaris Marcual, and Fluorescencia i Electrónica SL, responsible for distributing a wide range of materials for heating, air conditioning, electricity, water, gas, sanitation, plumbing, lighting, and electrical installations. We are currently seeking **a Technician** to join one of our group companies. We envision a professionally trained individual with 2 years of procurement experience and strong organizational and teamwork capabilities. Responsibilities: * Item registration * Loading and maintenance of supplier pricing * Reviewing purchase order confirmations according to company-defined criteria * Recalculation and material provisioning * Processing orders (via email/web) * Stock control and review of item status (on backorder/rotation) * Support to various departments: marketing/sales * Incident resolution Requirements: * Experience in procurement administration (approx. 2 years) * Product knowledge related to installation will be considered a plus * Advanced Excel proficiency What We Offer: \- Permanent contract \- Workplace: Pallejà Are you ready to join our project?
