Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and professional service to guests both in person and by telephone, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. * **Check-ins and Check-outs:** Efficiently carry out check-in and check-out procedures, guaranteeing correct room assignments and accurate information registration. * **Rate Modifications:** Adjust and update rates on various OTA (Online Travel Agencies) platforms in accordance with hotel policies. * **Reservation Management:** Handle and coordinate room reservations, both individual and group bookings, ensuring availability and occupancy control. * **Billing:** Process and issue invoices for rooms and meeting rooms, verifying accuracy of charges and transactions. * **Daily Close-out:** Perform daily hotel activity close-out, including account reconciliation and report preparation. * **Cash Reconciliation:** Conduct cash reconciliation, monitoring and recording income while ensuring fund accuracy. * **Email Management:** Monitor and manage the hotel’s email inbox, responding promptly and professionally. * **Charge Supervision:** Review and ensure correct allocation of charges to rooms and meeting rooms, preventing discrepancies and errors.
