Budget follow\-up To communicate and promote laboratory’s activity **Execution:** To carry out the liberation / derogation / refusal of raw material and products To manage non conformities of raw materials and products To execute the Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices policies of the Company To approve quality documents To implement and maintain the Skills Development Plan as the plant working system To define and execute the convenient corrective measures so the established internal regulations are met To propose, assist and organize improvement events, monitoring the proper performance of the improvement system throughout Improvement meetings and follow\-up meetings of the same To keep informed the Production Plant Director of any anomaly detected To carry out the IDS and accident investigations concerning to his/her responsibility To carry out the Black Belt’s functions: lead the Continuous Improvement Process.
