Job Responsibilities: * Your primary mission is to plan, manage, and control service operations within your area of responsibility—especially ensuring the safety of all our teams at all times. * Manage a team of expert technicians. * Supervise their performance and ensure appropriate customer service, promoting our services through sound advisory support. * Serve as the local operational and technical reference point for services contracted by our customers. * Be accountable for the operational maintenance costs as well as for revenue from service calls and repair sales in your assigned area.
