We only do what we know. **We base our work on evidence—and accept only what we believe in.** **What are we looking for?** We seek an **organized, methodical individual eager to learn and comfortable with digital tools**, to join our **Global Directorate team based in Barcelona**, providing administrative support across multiple areas. * **Education:** Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Finance. * **Languages:** * **Advanced or native Catalan.** * **Intermediate or advanced English.** Fluency is not required, but you must feel comfortable speaking, navigating platforms, and reading emails in English. * **Skills:** Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace tools (Drive), and AI (Gemini\-Notebook). * **Attitude:** Rigor, attention to detail, and eagerness to contribute to the team. **What will you do with us?** Your mission will be to help ensure our daily operations run like clockwork. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Talent support:** Assistance throughout the full recruitment cycle (from identifying needs to probation periods) and support during team evaluation processes. * **Documentation:** Assistance in organizing, archiving, and maintaining up-to-date administrative documentation for the Barcelona office. * **Billing and collections:** Support in invoice registration, payment processing, and tracking outstanding receivables. * **General services:** Support in supervising and monitoring the quality of external service providers (cleaning, technical maintenance, and courier services). * **Inventory:** Support in managing stock of office supplies at the Barcelona office and forecasting logistical needs. **Competencies and skills** * Strong communication: Direct contact with external collaborators and resolution of incidents, ensuring assertive communication and safeguarding corporate image. * Teamwork, proactivity, and confidentiality. **What do we offer?** * **Training contract:** Initial 6-month contract with potential extension for another 6 months, focused on your development within the organization. * **Full-time schedule:** Intensive working hours every Friday throughout the year. * **Collaborative environment:** Integration into a cross-functional, dynamic team with a cooperative workplace culture. * **Professional development:** Continuous learning and real growth opportunities within Spain’s leading public affairs consultancy. **Will you join our team?**
