We are looking for a motivated individual with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset to join a team where you can develop expertise in **ITSM, document management, and process optimization.** **Conditions** --------------- * Contract: **Permanent and/or freelance** * Location: **BARCELONA** * Work mode: **HYBRID** \>\> Client visits as required by project needs ... * Working hours: Full-time * Start date: **JANUARY 2027** **Your responsibilities** ------------------------- * Provide **support for the execution and definition of IT service management processes.** * Collaborate in the **management of incidents, requests, queries, knowledge, configuration, and service catalog.** * **Analyze operational workflows** to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization. * Support service catalog management, knowledge base **(KMDB)**, and configuration management **(CMDB).** * Prepare **operational documentation** and validate process modifications. * Record, track, and document tasks and evidence. * Collaborate in the creation of **reports and dashboards.** REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** ================== * **Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) or higher education degree.** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in similar roles. * **Catalan language proficiency at C1 level.** * Knowledge of **data processing:** source identification, data loading, and normalization. * Ability to support **reporting and dashboard development.** * Rigor in documentation and task recording. * Service orientation. * Motivation to learn and grow professionally. **Desirable** ============ * Basic knowledge of **ITSM processes:** * Incident management. * Request management. * Query management. * Knowledge management. * Configuration management. * Service catalog management. * Familiarity with: * **BMC Helix / Remedy (ITSM, KMDB, and CMDB).** * **Celonis.** * **Jira.** * **Confluence.** * **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.** * Knowledge or training in: * **ITIL.** * **Power BI.** * **User Experience (UX).** * **PMP.** About us ... **Grupo Digital** We are an IT consulting firm with a team of over 150 technology professionals.
