We are seeking personnel to perform logistics tasks in the automotive sector within a manufacturing facility located in Palau\-solità i Plegamans. The role involves ensuring the continuous flow of materials, parts, and containers inside the plant. Efficient coordination and resource management are critical to maintaining uninterrupted production. This position combines operational and tracking duties, where attention to detail and adaptability to daily demands are essential. Daily responsibilities include handling and transporting metal containers using forklift trucks, as well as other auxiliary logistics tasks according to planning—such as material picking, manual transfer of parts, or operating a logistics train. Each material movement must also be recorded using scanners and radio-frequency guns to ensure full traceability of all operations. The work pace is dynamic and highly active; therefore, physical stamina is required to perform active tasks. The team uses tools such as forklift trucks, logistics trains, pallet jacks, and scanning devices. Precision and responsibility in material handling are fundamental to supporting the internal supply chain and contributing to the facility’s operational efficiency. The contract is temporary and full-time, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night. At least one year of prior experience in sectors such as automotive or ferrous metallurgy is required. A valid forklift operator license and practical experience operating forklift trucks and stackers are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate adaptability to various logistics tasks, physical stamina for active work, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. Availability of a personal vehicle is considered an advantage.
