Main responsibilities include operating and supervising these lines to ensure continuous and high-quality production of metal components. An active attitude and hands-on involvement in processes using advanced machinery are required. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading metal parts, supplying materials, performing visual quality inspections, monitoring machinery to prevent downtime, recording operational data, and labeling or packaging finished products according to established standards. Working hours are organized into rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, changing every two weeks from Monday to Friday. Prior experience in the automotive or steel industry is preferred, along with attention to detail, quality orientation, ability to follow precise procedures, and teamwork. A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the plant. Minimum one year of prior experience in the automotive or steel industry. Attention to detail and quality orientation.
