Job Description
ITA is an integrated network comprising specialized resources for treating eating disorders, behavioral disorders, addictions, and general psychiatry. We operate a unique, comprehensive, multidisciplinary therapeutic model of excellence in care, teaching, and research.
We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our center located in Barcelona. The successful candidate will carry out the following responsibilities:
* Provide in-person, telephone, and email support to various stakeholders (users, families, suppliers, etc.)
* Inform interested individuals about the range of treatments offered.
* Manage courier shipments and distribute correspondence.
* Perform relevant administrative tasks arising from visits (billing for consultations, mutual insurance claims, INSS procedures, user and call registration, etc.)
* Provide user support and maintain patient records.
* Monitor office supply stock levels and place orders accordingly.
* Close and reconcile the center’s cash register.
Requirements:
Preferably FP I in Administrative Management and/or FP II in Administration and Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
Advanced computer skills.
Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
Ideally, experience in the healthcare sector.
