We are seeking an organized, rigorous, and proactive individual for the position of Treasury Specialist (Part-time) to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the Treasury Manager. If you are looking for an operational role within a fast-growing, international environment—and are passionate about financial efficiency—this opportunity is for you! **Key Points to Note:** * **Location:** Barcelona (Hybrid) * **Working Hours:** Part-time, 20 hours per week. * **Languages:** Professional-level Spanish and English (mandatory) **What Will Your Daily Responsibilities Be?** * Manage daily treasury operations and the group’s cash position. * Prepare, execute, and track domestic and international payments. * Record banking transactions and treasury operations. * Perform bank reconciliations and resolve operational issues. * Maintain day-to-day operational relationships with financial institutions. * Handle administrative management and tracking of financing operations (loans, insurance policies, credit lines, factoring, etc.). * Prepare and update cash forecasts. * Support liquidity management across group entities. * Participate in improving and automating treasury and payment processes. * Collaborate closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the rest of the finance team to ensure proper cash flow management. **Requirements:** --------------- **What Are We Looking For?** If you identify with the following, we want to meet you! * 3–5 years of experience in corporate treasury management. * Demonstrable experience in payment processing, bank reconciliations, and accounting for treasury operations. * Experience working with multiple banking platforms and financial institutions (experience within international, multi-currency groups will be highly valued!). * Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP experience (Sage 200 experience is especially valued). * Valuable experience in managing bank financing. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to work autonomously within a small, agile, and dynamic team while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and banking institutions. **What Do We Offer?** * Part-time employment contract (20 hours/week) with a hybrid work model. * Offices located in central Barcelona. * A dynamic, collaborative, and international work environment. * Coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks available in the office. * Real opportunities to make a direct impact in a rapidly growing beauty-sector company. * Exclusive discounts on MiiN Cosmetics products.
