The primary mission of the laundry supervisor is to ensure customer satisfaction through the management and supervision of work teams, contributing to the smooth operation of the service and guaranteeing that established quality and productivity standards are met through active supervision and training of various positions. Their role ensures efficient operations by guaranteeing compliance with established processes, delivery schedules, and customer requirements or requests, while maintaining communication between the customer and the laundry. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring compliance with quality standards and proper team management through continuous supervision and training. * Ensuring compliance with processes, quality standards, task timelines, organization, and checklists established for all workstations. * Conducting continuous team supervision, ensuring necessary corrective and training actions in response to any quality or process deviations. * Managing and taking responsibility for incidents arising from daily operations (both internal and external), promoting their timely resolution. * Ensuring the economic profitability of their department by effectively managing human, material, and machinery resources. * Supervising and controlling the production process, load utilization (kg), and production output (kg/h) according to established standards. * Effectively managing staffing levels in accordance with operational and production requirements. * Ensuring accurate billing control for all customers. * Supporting team development so that staff can perform their tasks adequately, independently, and with quality and safety. * Promoting employee participation and motivation, optimizing the working environment, safety, health, and expected outcomes. * Proposing improvements to support continuous improvement of the department specifically, and of the laundry overall. ### **Requirements** Education: Required: * Secondary education (Bachelor's degree or Vocational Training). University education is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience: Required: * Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar tasks and managing teams. ### **Offered** Permanent intermittent contract with full-time working hours
