But a **Site Supervisor for Earthworks** is already calculating how many cubic meters must be moved, which machinery will be required, and how long it will take to transform that terrain. **That is precisely the profile we are seeking at ILERWORK.** We are looking for a **Site Supervisor specialized in Earthworks** to join a leading company in the public works sector, participating in large-scale projects across the province of Barcelona. If you enjoy organizing production, coordinating heavy machinery, and watching terrain transform thanks to well-planned work, we want to meet you. What will your responsibilities be? * Organize and coordinate daily earthworks activities on site. * Supervise machine operators, drivers, and laborers during execution of works. * Plan the allocation and utilization of machinery to optimize production. * Supervise excavation, cut-and-fill, embankment, backfilling, and material transport operations. * Perform volume calculations and monitor executed volumes. * Coordinate activities with the Site Manager and ensure adherence to the schedule. * Monitor equipment and machinery performance. * Resolve incidents arising during the workday. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Supervise proper execution of works in accordance with project specifications What are we looking for? * Minimum **5–10 years' experience** as a Site Supervisor on earthworks or civil engineering projects. * Extensive knowledge of heavy earthmoving machinery. * Experience coordinating teams of machine operators, hauliers, and laborers. * Familiarity with excavators, bulldozers, motor graders, dump trucks, compactors, loaders, and auxiliary machinery. * Experience in volume calculations and production monitoring. * Accustomed to managing cut-and-fill operations, embankments, urban development, quarries, borrow pits, and large-scale earth movements. * A proactive, organized individual with leadership capabilities. * Valid driver’s license.
