The mission is to control, process, and review both incoming and outgoing products at the warehouse via system to ensure correct management of goods transit flow. Responsibilities: * Document goods inflow and outflow. * Receive vehicles. * Process shipments of surplus goods. * Verify vehicle closure. * Monitor goods under customs regulations. * Monitor ADR goods. * Implement assigned Compliance controls and procedures. * Collect evidence of compliance and effectiveness of assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Tasks: * Create, process, and review shipping labels for goods to be received by the warehouse and pickup orders issued. * Identify the vehicle and its origin for subsequent dock assignment. * Generate labels for surplus goods. * Prepare loading and unloading lists for goods. * Review and monitor stock levels of customs-regulated goods to proceed with unloading or request necessary documentation to ensure proper registration. * Document ADR goods and notify warehouse operatives. * Receive goods deliveries from customers collecting their goods. * Apply assigned Compliance procedures and controls; periodically collect evidence of compliance with assigned controls and procedures. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Requirements: * Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Transport and Logistics or International Trade. * Basic knowledge: English level B1 and Microsoft Office. * Specific knowledge: Familiarity with GDPR regulations. * Minimum experience: 2 years. * Minimum probation period: 4–6 months.
