We are seeking new stamping operators with real opportunities for permanent integration into our organization. We seek candidates with experience in the sector, but we also need individuals who have recently completed mechanical manufacturing or related studies and wish to begin their careers in stamping—one of the best-paid sectors in the metal industry. In the latter case, we offer a 12-month training contract to support professional development in this field, followed by indefinite incorporation into our permanent staff. Additionally, you will have genuine opportunities for progression within the organization, both in terms of salary and responsibilities. Non-training profiles will be remunerated based on experience and salary expectations. Finally: * It is important to us that our team members live close to home. * You must have your own vehicle. * For training contracts, you must be available to work full-time on rotating shifts—morning (6 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and afternoon (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Experienced candidates must be available for rotating morning\-afternoon\-night shifts.
