Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator with the ability to operate and adjust packaging lines, resolve mechanical faults, and collaborate in training new colleagues within a production environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and adjust packaging lines autonomously 2. Detect and resolve mechanical faults to ensure production 3. Collaborate in training new colleagues and continuous improvement We are looking for a person capable of working with machinery at El Pla de Santa Maria. The primary responsibility will be to ensure packaging lines operate smoothly by performing adjustments, preparing equipment, and starting it up independently. You will detect and resolve mechanical faults during production, documenting each intervention and coordinating with the maintenance team to prevent production stoppages. In addition to daily tasks, you will assist in training new colleagues, sharing your experience and ensuring their smooth integration. This position requires adaptability and versatility, as you will operate various packaging lines, perform changeovers, and improve production processes. Your experience will help identify and resolve issues before they occur, contributing to overall operational efficiency. A permanent contract is offered with a positive work environment. Shifts are rotating from Monday to Friday, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights. A vocational qualification (Intermediate Level) in technical fields and at least two years of experience in similar roles are required, demonstrating proven problem-solving skills in factory environments. Knowledge of maintenance and control systems is considered an advantage. **Minimum Qualification:** Intermediate Vocational Qualification in Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, Automation, or related fields. **Minimum Experience:** 2 years as a machine operator on production lines, autonomously managing industrial machinery. **Skills:** Ability to detect and resolve operational incidents, coordination with maintenance teams, monitoring of production parameters, quality, and efficiency. **Knowledge:** Parameter adjustment, preventive maintenance, plant control software.
