Design of job positions, required competencies, tasks, and responsibilities. * Onboarding of staff with disabilities. * Implementation of various actions outlined in training and upskilling plans to enhance the CET workers’ professional competencies and versatility. * Ongoing coordination with the EMS team. * Coordination with the EMS team leader to promptly address current and future staffing needs. * Resolution of labor-related queries under the CET Collective Agreement. * Participation in performance evaluation processes, coordinated with each technical reference. Conducting initial and periodic follow-ups and assessments of both transversal and technical competencies of CET workers with disabilities. * Conducting individual and family interviews with active workers and those on temporary leave (ILT), to define and advance on the objectives set forth in their Individual Action Plan (PAI). * Direct liaison and coordination with CSMAS clinical references and healthcare/social resources. Continuous prospecting of employment opportunities in the open labor market for CET workers. * Career counseling and guidance for CET workers seeking employment in the open labor market.
