Job Summary: Participate in the development of the HR department for staff holding a Disability Certificate, providing guidance, training, and psychosocial support to facilitate their workplace adaptation, competency enhancement, autonomy, and integration. Focus on emotional well-being and integration into the open labor market. **WE ARE LOOKING TO INCORPORATE A PERSON INTO OUR TEAM TO...** **Participate in the development of the HR department focused on staff with a Disability Certificate, through guidance, training, and psychosocial support, ensuring effective workplace adaptation. Provide necessary support to develop their professional competencies and work habits, improve their autonomy, versatility, and labor integration, thereby aligning the worker’s emotional well-being at work—with a Disability Certificate—with CET Apunts’ current needs and their opportunities for integration into the open labor market.** **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Psychology * Prior experience or in-depth knowledge in guiding competency development processes for workplace adaptation and improvement, including corporate culture awareness; familiarity with the functioning of Special Employment Centers (CETs) * Knowledge of the CET Collective Agreement * Knowledge and experience in interventions targeting individuals with mental health conditions * Knowledge and experience regarding the operation of Mental Health Community Services (CSMAS) and social and healthcare resources; strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills * Proficiency in Excel, Office Suite, Gmail, and Drive, and solid internet navigation skills **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Recruitment and selection of staff with mental health-related disability certificates. Design of job positions, required competencies, tasks, and responsibilities. * Onboarding of staff with disabilities. * Implementation of various actions outlined in training and upskilling plans to enhance the CET workers’ professional competencies and versatility. * Ongoing coordination with the EMS team. * Coordination with the EMS team leader to promptly address current and future staffing needs. * Resolution of labor-related queries under the CET Collective Agreement. * Participation in performance evaluation processes, coordinated with each technical reference. Conducting initial and periodic follow-ups and assessments of both transversal and technical competencies of CET workers with disabilities. * Conducting individual and family interviews with active workers and those on temporary leave (ILT), to define and advance on the objectives set forth in their Individual Action Plan (PAI). * Direct liaison and coordination with CSMAS clinical references and healthcare/social resources. Continuous prospecting of employment opportunities in the open labor market for CET workers. * Career counseling and guidance for CET workers seeking employment in the open labor market. Execution of occupational risk prevention (PRL) tasks, labor policy duties, workplace climate studies, and reporting. * Monitoring of KPIs and related reporting. * Any other duties related to this position that may arise. **CONDITIONS** * Start Date: Immediate * Location: Barcelona (c/Perú, 140\) * Working Hours: Full-time (1,704 annual hours) * Contract Type: Permanent * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–13:30 and 14:30–17:30.
