Candidates must feel comfortable working in low-temperature environments, as maintaining constant cold temperatures is essential to ensure food safety at all times. The job involves organized primary fish processing, consistently maintaining the required pace and strictly adhering to industrial hygiene standards. The ability to adapt to an environment involving fresh product handling and systematic work is required. Work schedule is temporary and organized into rotating morning or afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday. Prior experience in the food industry is valued. A high tolerance for working in low-temperature environments and for the characteristic odor of fish is essential. Candidates must not have allergies related to fish or its derivatives.
