We are seeking a **Junior Systems Administrator** to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our internal IT infrastructure, maintaining our systems, and assisting with our cutting\-edge location\-based VR installations. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within the company and gain practical experience working with innovative technologies and virtual reality (VR). **What will you do?** * Assist in the **installation, configuration, and maintenance** of hardware, software, servers, and network equipment. * **Monitor system performance** to ensure reliability and security across Univrse’s internal IT infrastructure and LBVR installations. * Provide **technical support to end\-users**, helping to troubleshoot and resolve IT\-related issues in a timely manner. * Support the **IT team in managing network issues**, including the configuration of servers and workstations. * Participate in **proactive monitoring** and **maintenance of VR installations** at client venues, ensuring seamless operation. * Collaborate with the **support team** to document IT processes, assist in maintaining accurate records of hardware and software inventory, and create user manuals. * Help with **routine system backups** and recovery procedures. * Participate in the **implementation of IT projects** and initiatives, assisting in system optimization and contributing to process improvements. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to continuous improvement efforts. **Requirements** * Basic understanding of **operating systems** (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and **networking fundamentals**. * Familiarity with **IT hardware, software**, and network equipment. * Strong **problem\-solving skills** with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. * Excellent **communication skills** and ability to work well in a team environment. * Willingness to **learn** and take on new challenges. * Ability to **prioritize tasks** and manage time effectively. * **Fluency in Spanish** is required, with at least an intermediate level of English. * **Candidates based in Barcelona** and eligible to sign an internship agreement will be given preference. **Benefits** A young, international, and dynamic work environment that is constantly growing.
