We are seeking **experienced leaders for strategic positions** to ensure service quality throughout this growth phase. We are looking for a **Junior IT Technician** to join our technical team. This is a hands-on role designed for candidates with 2+ years of practical experience who wish to grow in infrastructure, project delivery, and hybrid environments. You will work in a collaborative environment, participating both in Level 1–Level 2 support and in project implementation—always supported by more senior team members. **Key Responsibilities** * **Participate in the implementation and documentation of network, systems, and cybersecurity projects** * Configure firewalls, switches, storage arrays; manage access in AD/Entra ID environments; manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs); manage virtual environments; administer corporate information-sharing systems * Provide **Level 1–Level 2 technical support** to managed services clients (incidents, changes, and improvements) * Administer corporate Windows, cloud, and hybrid environments under supervision * Participate in and support cybersecurity incident response in environments featuring perimeter protection, Zero Trust architecture, EDR, XDR, and SOC capabilities * Actively contribute to continuous team improvement (processes, documentation, best practices) **Essential Requirements** * 2 years of hands-on experience in: * IT technical support (Level 1 / Level 2) and/or junior system administration and/or managed services environments * Practical knowledge of: * Windows / Active Directory (AD management, Entra-ID, and creation/deployment of GPO policies) * Virtualization: VMware (vCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, DEM) or Hyper-V * Network administration: VLANs, basic switching, troubleshooting * Ability to document basic technical procedures * Strong communication skills and customer orientation * Proactive attitude, capacity for learning, and desire for professional growth * Languages: Technical English, Spanish and/or Catalan **Desirable (but not mandatory) Requirements** Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas: * Cloud: Azure and/or AWS (VMs, IAM) * Cybersecurity: firewalls, MFA, EDR, basic hardening, SIEM * Education in IT Systems Administration (ASIR), Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity * CCNA certification or other technical certifications * Administration of enterprise storage systems (QNAP, NetApp, Dell, etc.) * Administration of backup systems (e.g., Veeam Backup) **What We Offer** * Join a technical team with real mentoring * Exposure to infrastructure, cloud, and security projects * A progressive technical career development plan * A close-knit, collaborative, and quality-oriented environment REQUIREMENTS * 2 years of hands-on experience in: * IT technical support (Level 1 / Level 2) and/or junior system administration and/or managed services environments * Practical knowledge of: * Windows / Active Directory (AD management, Entra-ID, and creation/deployment of GPO policies) * Virtualization: VMware (vCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, DEM) or Hyper-V * Network administration: VLANs, basic switching, troubleshooting * Languages: Technical English, Spanish and/or Catalan.
