We are looking for a Systems Computer Technician to closely collaborate with the IT manager. Your main task will be to provide support in managing and maintaining computer systems, handling technical problem resolution, and assisting users. Within your responsibilities, you will provide direct technical support to the IT manager, perform maintenance and monitoring of networks and equipment, as well as resolve hardware and software incidents. You will also participate in improving and optimizing our systems. A degree in Computer Science, Systems, or related field is required, and previous experience in technical support or system administration will be valued. It is important that you have knowledge of networks, operating systems, and office software tools, along with a strong team orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
