Backed by investors such as Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine, and Target Global, we have raised over €450 million and are nearing profitability, with an ARR exceeding €180 million. **Job Description:** **Migration Specialist / Data Entry (Doctoralia)** **Role Mission:** Responsible for receiving, cleansing, normalizing, and migrating historical client databases (private clinics and physicians) into Doctoralia’s management software (SaaS). Additionally, this role handles incident resolution (*troubleshooting*), automates data ingestion processes, and performs *process improvement* tasks within the team. **Key Responsibilities (*****What you'll do*****):** * **Data Cleansing and Normalization:** Process databases in various formats (Excel, CSV, SQL, etc.), correct inconsistencies, duplicates, null values, and erroneous entries. * **Migration and Ingestion:** Load cleansed databases into the company’s SaaS systems and software using internal import tools, SQL queries, and lightweight automation/scripting. * **QA and Validation:** Conduct verifications, block-level testing (relationships, *foreign keys*, data integrity), and validation checks prior to *Go Live*. * **Troubleshooting:** Identify, diagnose, and resolve migration failures or data-structure incompatibilities. * **Stakeholder Engagement and Management:** Occasionally contact clinic representatives to request corrections, explain technical requirements in plain language, and coordinate data deliveries. * **Security and Compliance:** Handle highly sensitive information (medical and patient data) under strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards (GDPR / LOPD). **Candidate Requirements:** * **SQL:** Intermediate/advanced level for querying, transforming, and cleansing databases. * **Excel:** Advanced proficiency (Power Query, traditional formulas, pivot tables, and template structuring). * **English:** Fluent level—essential for internal communication with the global technology and support team (Poland, Germany, Italy). * **Languages:** Native or fluent Spanish. * **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, methodical approach, customer orientation, and a hands-on, operational mindset. **Nice\-to\-have:** * Basic scripting knowledge using **Python** or **R** for task automation and *debugging*. * Prior experience working with **APIs** or integration tools. * Academic background or professional experience in healthcare, technology, or B2B SaaS environments. **Additional Information** Competitive salary aligned with your experience.
