Your mission will be to transform product technical requirements into viable, functional, competitive and high-quality technical solutions. You will participate in all project phases, from initial concept to mechanical product development, taking into account key aspects such as ease of manufacturing, cost optimization, reliability and product functionality. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the technical design and pre-design of hydraulic valves, providing solutions from both product and industrial process perspectives. * Ensure that different members of the project team have the necessary information to carry out their tasks on time and properly. * Monitor and analyze technological trends related to the product. * Actively participate in internal project follow-up meetings. **What profile are we looking for?** **Education and Experience:** * Degree in Higher Industrial Engineering, with mechanical specialization, focus on design or machinery. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical assemblies design and development, preferably with plastic injection components. *Note: Candidates with less or no experience may also be considered if academic record is outstanding. It is essential to include the average grade of all degrees completed in the CV.* **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in CAD tools, especially SolidWorks. * Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. **Languages:** * Advanced level of English (spoken and written). **Availability:** * For regular international travel. **Personal Competencies:** We are seeking an outgoing person with internal and external customer orientation, committed to continuous improvement and quality.
