Your main responsibilities will include: * Analyzing requirements provided by the Product Department and translating them into low-level electrical specifications. * Preparing technical specifications for components and systems. * Liaising with manufacturers to clarify technical data. * Collaborating during the design phase within multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronics, software, systems, etc.), issuing electrical requirements to other R&D areas while simultaneously considering requirements from other departments. * Performing necessary calculations and studies for component selection. * Carrying out the required electrical design to meet low-level electrical specifications using electrical design software. * Conducting proof-of-concept tests to validate electrical designs/operations prior to full prototyping. * Identifying critical design issues before prototype assembly to incorporate necessary tests into the test plan. * Developing the electrical test plan to be performed on the prototype to verify compliance with specifications. * Supervising prototype construction. * Reviewing prototypes to identify issues or improvements and implementing design changes to resolve them. * Preparing associated technical instructions and documentation. **We are looking for candidates with:** * **Academic background**: Technical Engineering degree * **Professional experience**: At least 4 years in similar environments * **Languages**: Advanced English proficiency **Why choose Power Electronics?** * Flexible working hours * Continuous training through our Corporate University * Benefits including subsidized cafeteria, on-site gym, and personalized PEbenefits * Flexible Compensation Plan: covering transportation, childcare, training, among others * Multicultural environment with real international growth opportunities At Power Electronics, we value individuals based on their professional contribution, embedding Integrity, Equality, Transparency, and Civic Commitment as core principles of our corporate culture.
