Reporting to the department management, we are seeking a colleague for the position of SALES MANAGER at our VILANOVA I LA GELTRU (BARCELONA) store. Your main responsibilities will include: * Implementing the company's commercial policy. * Optimizing merchandising and sales activities. * Monitoring stock quantity and quality in stores to achieve the sales budgets defined by the company. * Achieving the store's financial budgets and stability objectives. * Leading, motivating, training, and guiding the sales team. * Ensuring the highest level of customer service. Fixed salary + variable pay (based on achievement of collective and individual goals) Possibility of flexible compensation. **Requirements:** --------------- Appropriate education for performing the job functions Minimum of 1 year of experience as Coordinator or Assistant in hypermarket bazaar departments, or specialized retail in furniture, bedding, or similar sectors. Customer-oriented and results-driven individual with strong leadership skills. High work capacity, consistency between words and actions, exemplary attitude, with genuine motivation to demonstrate value and achieve professional growth. Full availability required to work full-time from Monday to Sundays/public holidays as authorized by the autonomous community, respecting the weekly rest period established in the large retail sector agreement.
