Join us and, leveraging advanced technology, help shape the future of automotive innovation. ### **What you'll do** * Responsible for ensuring product and process quality, supplier management, compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, customer-specific requirements, regulations, and corporate standards. * Lead and develop the quality department. * Manage quality metrics and ensure customer satisfaction. * Ensure traceability, product safety, and continuous improvement. * Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits. * Manage FMEA, control plans, and process change validation. * Authorize production or shipment holds in response to critical deviations. ### **What we offer** We are currently seeking a Quality Manager at MSAS Barcelona. * Opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team. * Professional development and growth opportunities within the group. * Dynamic work environment. * Stable position. * Full-time, central shift schedule. ### **What we are looking for** Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of quality experience in the automotive sector (primarily VW Group), leading teams and reporting to senior management. * Proficiency in FMEA/AMFE, Control Plans, 8D, Poka-Yoke, VDA, Formel Q, auditing, and structured problem resolution. * Solid knowledge of products, processes, and product safety. * Experience in leadership, teamwork, results orientation, and analytical capability. * Advanced English proficiency
