Job Summary: We are seeking an Export Technician to manage export and import processes to countries outside the EU, ensuring incident-free delivery of goods. Key Highlights: 1. Management of export and import processes to non-EU countries. 2. Planning, documentation, and shipment tracking. 3. Monitoring of transportation incidents and reporting on delivery times. YOUR NEW ROLE: We are looking for an Export Technician with Russian language skills. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Your objective will be to manage export and import processes to various non-EU countries, ensuring goods reach their destination without incidents or delays. On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will include: * Planning and organizing shipments to various destinations. * Creating and managing transport and customs-related documentation. * Tracking goods to ensure timely arrival at destination (monitoring transit times). * Monitoring and managing transportation incidents. * Analyzing and reporting on delivery times. * Customer service related to transport management. ABOUT YOU: * Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. * Advanced proficiency in Russian, Spanish, and English is required. * Experience in freight forwarding agencies or customs brokerage is desirable. * We seek an analytical, critical, responsible, adaptable, autonomous individual with strong organizational and time-management skills, a proactive and positive attitude, and excellent teamwork capabilities.
