The Wiha 43708 set contains six fine PicoFinish ESD screwdrivers in various profiles and sizes, as well as a practical plastic holder for hanging or standing. The ESD material of the dissipative tools safely and controllably dissipates electrostatic energy. The fine ESD screwdrivers are manufactured in accordance with the international standard IEC 61340-5-1 and therefore provide maximum protection for electronic components. The screwdrivers have a surface resistance of 106 to 109 ohms and are thus ideal for fine and delicate screwdriving tasks on electrostatically sensitive components. Thanks to their long, slender handles and rapid-turn zone, the fine PicoFinish ESD screwdrivers—or electronic screwdrivers—are also ideal for fine and delicate work in precision mechanics, as well as in the hobby and model-making sectors. The ergonomic handle design with soft-grip zone enables comfortable operation, and the smooth-turning rotary cap allows rapid and sensitive rotation. The challenge with precision mechanical accessories is to work with extreme precision and sensitivity without damaging the sensitive workpiece. The screwdriver profile symbols printed on the rotary cap facilitate quick selection of the correct screwdriver profile from the tool bag.
